SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS
Below you will find useful information regarding booking a stay with us. You can read about payment, the right of withdrawal, refunds, how we handle your submitted information, how you receive your receipt upon purchase, and more.

PAYMENT
A minimum of 50% of the total stay is paid at the time of booking, and the remaining amount upon arrival.
All prices stated in the booking system and on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT.
Payment is made using one of the approved payment cards/credit cards in the online booking system, which are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There are no additional fees for transactions made through the online booking system.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
When booking, you must choose between “Basic Cancellation” or “Premium Cancellation.” This choice must be made during the booking and cannot be changed after the initial payment.
Changing a booking includes cancellation, changing the type of accommodation, or the dates of your stay. You are, however, always welcome to change the number of people or add services without an administration fee.
Please note that if no cancellation option is selected, “Basic Cancellation” will be applied automatically.

TERMS FOR CHANGING A STAY
With “Basic Cancellation,” you are not entitled to rebook, cancel, or receive a refund if you are prevented from attending.

With “Premium Cancellation,” you may rebook or cancel up until 12:00 noon two days before arrival. However, please note that there is an administration fee of DKK 100 per change per booking. The amount paid for “Premium Cancellation” is non-refundable upon cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking. A booking is considered canceled when an email is sent to the address provided at the time of booking.

We strive to fulfill your preferences, but we reserve the right to change a booking from a specific site/cabin to a site/cabin of equivalent standard, without the booking being considered invalid.
We disclaim all responsibility for prices or calculations not made by Sandskaer Camping staff.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Please note that your booking is not covered by the Danish Consumer Agreement Act’s rules on the right of withdrawal.
Accommodation sales (cabins, holiday apartments, camping, etc.) are subject to a special exemption provision in the Consumer Agreement Act, §18, section 2, no. 12.
Therefore, the booking is not subject to the 14-day cancellation right.
Confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of booking. Please check that you have entered the correct email address.
Delivery of the booked stay occurs upon arrival at Sandskaer Strandcamping on the arrival date (and ends upon departure on the departure date). Both times are stated in the confirmation.
Cancellations must be sent via email to info@sandskaer.dk. Remember to include your booking number.

REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Sandskaer Strandcamping records your name, address, email, and other information provided during the purchase in its customer register.
This information is not shared, and Sandskaer Strandcamping retains the record for five years.
Sandskaer Strandcamping uses cookies on the website and a secure connection to protect the information you provide on the site.
When paying by credit card, registration occurs via a secure server, and information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

COMPLAINT HANDLING
If for any reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you haven’t received an error message from the system, you can contact us using the information below.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself, or the product (the stay) must be submitted within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the error upon reviewing your contract. Complaints can be made in writing or verbally.
One year after receiving the product (stay), the right to complain expires according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act §83, section 1, unless otherwise agreed.
When Sandskaer Strandcamping receives your complaint, it will be processed as soon as possible
